How to pass your Real estate license exam in ONE week
So, you want to pass your Real Estate License Exam in one week? Well, I've been there and done that, and I'm here to help you out. First, let me explain what a Real Estate License Exam is for anyone who's not familiar. It's like the SATs for real estate agents, except you won't need to know trigonometry, but you will need to know your stuff.
To be licensed, you need to pass this exam, and to even take it, you need to meet a few requirements. You have to be at least 18 years old and complete a 40-hour pre-licensing course from a state-approved real estate school. Once you've got that out of the way, you're ready to start studying.
Now, I don't know about you, but the lectures in my real estate course were about as exciting as watching paint dry. I mean, I was more interested in the different interiors and designs of the properties than in the lectures. But being the diligent student that I am, I soldiered on and got through the boring parts.
However, when it came time to study for the exam, I knew I needed a more efficient way to learn. So, I did what any smart person would do and asked my good friend Google, "How can I pass my Real Estate exam in one week?" Well, let’s just say that Google and I are no longer on speaking terms. So, I had to come up with my own study method, and it worked like a charm.
Are you ready for the secret to passing your Real Estate License Exam in one week? Here it is:
Step 1: Vocabulary. I relied on the 196 vocabularies on real estate available on Quizlet from PrepAgent. I memorized them in three days flat. By the end, I knew those terms so well that if you woke me up in the middle of the night and asked me a question, I could answer it in my sleep.
Step 2: Practice Questions. Once I had the vocabulary down pat, I moved on to the practice questions. I did these questions for 12 hours a day for three days straight. But here's a pro tip: don't do the practice questions before memorizing the vocab. You'll just end up confusing yourself and second-guessing the answers.
Step 3: Mock Exam. I took five mock exams and made sure I passed them all (well, except for one section on the first mock exam, but we don't talk about that). If you pass at least 5-6 mock exams, you should be ready to take the real thing.
Step 4: Exam Day. I won't lie, the questions on the actual exam were a bit harder than I expected. But if you've done your vocab and practice questions, you'll be more than prepared..
So, there you have it, folks. My surefire method for passing the Real Estate License Exam in one week. Now, I can't guarantee that it'll work for everyone, but I truly believe that if you study this way for 10 days, you can 100% pass your Real Estate License Exam on your first try. And if you don't, well, I'll write a Part 2 to this article, and we'll commiserate together.
In the meantime, I hope my experience and tips will help you pass your exam with flying colors. And always remember, even Google can let you down sometimes.
