monk mode?

After a rough night out, I woke up feeling drained, sick, sleep-deprived, and anxious but determined to make a change. With a new tech sales job starting Monday, I decided to kickstart a six-month "monk mode" to get myself back on track.

Here's the plan:

No Alcohol: Cutting out the weekend binges to clear my head and feel healthier. I used to drink almost every weekend until I almost blacked out.

Daily Gym Routine: Committing to hitting the gym every day, focusing on lifting weights 3-5 times a week and doing 30 minutes of cardio every day.

Daily Work Blog: Writing a short post each day reflecting on my job, what I've learned, and what I can improve.

Digital Detox: Taking a break from social media. Additionally, removing YouTube and Netflix from my phone. Getting rid of things that might take me off track.

This journey is about getting my mind and body in a better place and feeling a tad bit better.
